LeBron James is known around the world for a number of things, foremost among them being his ability and quality with a basketball. Bron is dominant, arguably the greatest of his generation, with a case for being considered the best ever. While those things are all huge identifiers for who LBJ is, he is prominently also a family man, someone who is very involved in doing the best he can for his wife and children.

James enjoyed his best night on the court in recent times when he dropped 56 points on Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night. The Lakers needed the win badly and LeBron was absolutely transcendental in helping them reach it. However, after the game was over and they had won, he couldn’t rest, sharing that his daughter had asked him if they could go for dinner.

“She asked if I could take her for dinner after the game.”

Considering the monumental effort that it took from LeBron to secure the victory against the Warriors, it’s almost equally impressive that he had the energy to entertain his daughter’s request afterward. A lot of athletes and people at the pinnacle of their respective industries often cannot find the time to do these things with their families, so this sets an excellent example for the younger generation as well.

James is very open about his children and his relationship with them though, he recently spoke about his desire to play alongside his son Bronny for a year when he makes it to the league in a few years.

This was generally a night of good vibes and wholesomeness for LeBron after what has been a torrid spell for him and his Los Angeles Lakers. If he’s able to relieve some pressure with that performance and galvanize his team, there is still a chance that they can make something happen in the playoffs.
