Bright Side Of The Sun

After over a decade of subpar play, the Phoenix Suns are back on the map, with tonight’s win having clinched their first playoff appearance in 11 years.

With the scent of success finally in the air for Phoenix, the NBA community banded together in support of the franchise, who is very much in the title hunt this year.

Last season, the Suns put together an inspiring effort, going undefeated (8-0) in the Orlando bubble to close out the year. Unfortunately, that record still wasn’t enough to get them into the playoffs.

With the arrival of Chris Paul, the team has vaulted into contender status, which has been proven by their 44-18 record.

The question is, can they meet expectations? With many on the roster making their first-ever playoff appearance, there are questions as to whether or not this Suns team is ready to make noise.

Regardless, the recent play of the team and the cohesion by which they perform has a lot of people convinced, and it’s really a great thing to see for a team that has struggled so much in recent history.

No doubt, the world will be watching and waiting to see what they’re able to do with their newfound success.
