1 Min Read

Twitter is still processing Russell Westbrooks’ triple-double in his regular-season debut with the Washington Wizards. The former MVP posted the stat line he’s renowned for by the end of the third quarter.

The veteran point guard was traded to the Wizards over the 2020 offseason after just one year with the Houston Rockets. Some were quick to point out the fact Russell wanted out after Houston’s collapse in the NBA playoff bubble in Orlando.

A lot of Westbrook and Wizards fans were high on Russell’s debut, despite the 107-116 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.
