NBA Rumors: Devin Booker Interested In Joining The Knicks

2 Min Read

The New York Knicks have been among the East’s most impressive teams this season. After years of subpar performances, the Knickerbockers have hit a stride this campaign that has them as the 5th in the East with a 19-18 record.

And, according to Jay Williams of ESPN, their recent play has earned the attention of Suns superstar Devin Booker, who has apparently put the Knicks on his list of dream destinations this season.

Even with as much as the Knicks have struggled over the past few years, the franchise has remained the biggest market in the NBA. Considering how impressive the team has looked this season, and the culture President Leon Rose has helped to develop, it’s no surprise that New York has become a hotbed for rumors and speculation regarding some of the league’s best players.

With Booker, they could become a consistent playoff team and even fight for supremacy in the Eastern Conference.

It remains to be seen what the Knicks are able to do over the next few weeks and months, but it’s clear that they will be on the radar of prospective free agents this summer.

For the first time in a long time, they appear to be headed in the right direction, — and that isn’t to be taken lightly.
