Russell Westbrook And His Family Go Viral As They Show Off Their Halloween Costumes

2 Min Read

Russell Westbrook gives his all on the basketball court night in and night out. And, tonight, he’s putting that same energy to show off his Halloween spirit.

In a wholesome group photo that has since gone viral, Westbrook and his family are captured in their costumes, including Westbrook himself who hilariously dressed up as Elmo to match his wife, Nina, who went as Cookie Monster.

Good on Russ to get in the Holiday spirit and have some awesome fun with his loved ones!

Of course, Westbrook might be back on the court playing in as a little as two months. As the NBA attempts to cover their losses amid this (still raging) pandemic, their hope is to start on or around Christmas Day.

As for the Rockets, their future remains uncertain. After another disappointing season, multiple changes have ensued, including the departures of Mike D’Antoni and long-time GM Daryl Morey.

Will Russ stay with the team long-term? Can the Rockets bounce back from a rough campaign? Many doubts and questions remain about the path ahead for both Russ and his squad.

But, for now, he’s just out there living his best life, one day at a time.
