Savannah James has a lot of love for Bryce James, her youngest son, but she certainly does not seem to like his taste in music. Savannah shared a video on Instagram of her reaction to songs that Bryce was listening to.

Bryce was first listening to Baby Kia’s “OD CRASHIN” and Savannah reacted to it with the caption, “Man wtf is going on?” The next song was LAZER DIM 700’s “Awsum” and she reacted to it with a puzzled GIF.

Both these songs were released in 2024 and are certainly not ones that Savannah would be adding to her playlist. She doesn’t appear to understand why her son would like this kind of music, but the 16-year-old is part of a whole different generation after all.

Missing from those clips that Savannah posted was her husband, LeBron James. Knowing LeBron, he certainly would have been vibing to those songs with Bryce had he been there, as he is certainly the goofier parent.

Savannah James’ Message To LeBron James Regarding Bryce

On the topic of LeBron, both Savannah and Bryce have not got to spend as much time as they would have liked with him because of his NBA career. James is currently in his 21st season and while we often hear about wives wanting their husbands to just stop after a certain point, that is not the case here. In 2023, Savannah sent an inspirational message to LeBron in a Beats commercial.

“Tell them you’re not done until you play with your son [Bronny]. Then do that, again [with Bryce].”

The earliest that Bryce could enter the NBA is 2026, as he just wrapped up his junior season at Sierra Canyon earlier this year in February. The Trailblazers finished the 2023-24 season 26-4, after losing to St. Joseph in the CIF State playoffs.

Savannah wants the 39-year-old LeBron to keep playing for a few more years and he might well be able to pull that off. James is still performing at a very high level, as he is averaging 25.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 8.1 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game in this 2023-24 season for the Los Angeles Lakers. If there is anyone who could stick around and play at a fairly high level at the age of 41, it is LeBron.

There already seems to be a fair bit of interest in his youngest son around the league too, as the Lakers, Heat, and Suns were among eight teams scouting Bryce on the first day of Peach Jam. For now, though, the NBA isn’t what would be on his mind.

Bryce is one of 65 athletes to have been selected to take part in the USA Men’s Jr. National Team minicamp. It will be held between April 4-7 at the NCAA Final Four and he would be keen to make a positive impression.

Marion’s versatility as a defender and his rebounding prowess, despite being just 6’7”, impressed Gautam immensely.
