Skip Bayless Says Michael Jordan Will Play 1-On-1 With Lavar Ball: “You And I, Right Here, Right Now.”

Not so long ago, Lonzo and LaMelo Ball’s father LaVar Ball claimed that he could destroy Michael Jordan playing one-on-one, which led to the GOAT stating that he couldn’t beat him even if he were one-legged:

“I would just back (Jordan) in and lift him off the ground and call a foul every time he fouls me when I do a jump hook to the right or the left. He cannot stop me one-on-one. He better make every shot ’cause he can’t go around me. He’s not fast enough. And he can only make so many shots outside before I make every bucket under the rim,” LaVar said.

“You got to understand the source. I think he played college, maybe? He averaged 2.2 points a game. Really? It doesn’t deserve a response, but I’ma give it to you because you asked the question. I don’t think he could beat me if I was one-legged,” Jordan replied.

And now, Skip Bayless of undisputed brought this subject back to life, as he assured that Michael Jordan hasn’t forgotten about this and that he’s definitely going to challenge LaVar Ball to a one-on-one game in front of the media:

“I’m not kidding, I believe LaVar Ball will hear from Michael Jordan ONE time: MJ’s assistant will inform LaVar that he should show up at LaMelo’s first practice and come ready to play basketball. When practice is over, with maybe a few media members around, Michael at age 57 will show up and say to LaVar, ‘You and I, right here, right now’,” Bayless said.

Knowing Michael Jordan as we know it and being as competitive as he is, it’s pretty safe to believe that this is definitely going to happen, although we can’t be sure about the media being there.

Jordan is the greatest player of all time and he won’t tolerate any kind of disrespect coming from a guy like LaVar Ball, so it seems like he better starts working on his shot.
