The Chicago Bulls are 4-0 after beating the Toronto Raptors 111-108. There is no doubt that this has been a good start to the season for the team, and it’s certainly a nice change from missing the playoffs. The additions of DeMar DeRozan and Lonzo Ball have looked great thus far. Lonzo Ball has been an elite defender and passer, while DeMar DeRozan has been a sublime scorer, that actually hit some big shots in their recent win.

There is no question that most fans are happy for the Chicago Bulls to return to contention. The NBA is certainly better when the Bulls are good, and they’re a historic franchise. By beating the Toronto Raptors the Chicago Bulls have had their best start since the 1996-97 season, which was back in the Michael Jordan era. Another underrated fact is that this win marks the first time that Zach LaVine has won 4 NBA games in a row.

The Chicago Bulls will be a much better team in the upcoming season. There were a lot of concerns about the fit between their stars but at the end of the day, they added a lot of talent to the roster. Some even thought that they had the best offseason in the NBA. Best or not, the moves that Arturas Karnisovas has made have had the desired effect thus far.

It remains to be seen how well the Chicago Bulls do for the rest of the season, and they are certainly a team to watch out for in the Western Conference. They have a lot of firepowers and are led by an experienced playoffs veteran in DeRozan, and one of the most electric scorers in the NBA currently in Zach LaVine. Most people consider them a lock for the playoffs, but their ceiling can certainly be much higher than being a low-tier playoff team.
