Shannon Sharpe has been making some noise around the NBA in recent hours. The former NFL player-turned-analyst recently starred in a tense exchange with former No. 1 overall pick Kwame Brown that started a new beef in the NBA world.

Moreover, he’s made headlines now, even without intention. The Fox Sports talent’s house in Los Angeles was recently burglarized and $1 million in goods were stolen from the property.

“Shannon Sharpe’s home in L.A. was burglarized last week … and cops say the thieves made off with around $1 million in goods from the ex-NFL star’s residence.

“Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports … the break-in happened back on May 19 between 7 PM and 9:30 PM — after Sharpe had left his place for a few hours in the early evening.”

This all happened when the NFL Hall of Famer went out to dinner with friends and after he came back home, something was off. That’s when he called the police, who confirmed Sharpe’s hunch.

“Shannon told cops he was missing expensive watches, jewelry and some designer bags.”

Fortunately, the analyst wasn’t at home when these people forced their way into the property. These types of situations have happened a lot in recent years, with DeMar DeRozan even chasing a home intruder when they tried to get into Kylie Jenner’s house.

More recently, Shawn Kemp allegedly fired shots at people after his property was stolen, and before that, Michael Porter Jr. had some belongings stolen from his hotel room too.

Shannon Sharpe Engaged In Back-And-Forth With Kwame Brown Over LeBron James

While the police try to find the criminals behind this, Sharpe keeps making noise around the league with his hot takes.

In recent hours, he went off on Kwame Brown after the latter disrespected LeBron James, diminishing the King’s greatness after the Los Angeles Lakers were swept in the Western Conference Finals by the Denver Nuggets.

These two engaged in a heated back-and-forth, with Sharpe calling Brown an all-time great bust and the former No. 1 overall pick accusing Sharpe of being the reason why Ja Morant is carrying guns right now.

These are two big situations in Sharpe’s life right now, and we hope both get solved in the best way.
