Over the last few seasons, the Boston Celtics placed all their trust in their young duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. But the duo was unable to produce satisfying results until the 2021-22 NBA season.

To be fair, the Celtics didn’t look like NBA championship favorites until the second half of the season began. That’s when the team, and in particular Tatum and Brown, shifted gears.

The result of it was that the Celtics went on to surprise the NBA community with their performances. The Celtics not only dominated the regular season but also destroyed their opponents in the postseason.

So much so that the Celtics qualified for the NBA Finals against all the odds. And the credit for this success goes to none other than Tatum and Brown. Unfortunately, in the 2022 NBA Finals, the Celtics were outplayed by the Warriors.

While the entire Celtics team struggled, Brown still managed to put up some decent numbers in the first NBA Finals of his career. Since his numbers weren’t good enough, it seems like Jaylen Brown is now going through some insane offseason training.

A recent video of Brown has surfaced online where the 25-year-old can be seen doing some insane underwater workouts. He looks extremely focused in the clip and is seemingly giving his 100% to improve before the 2022-23 NBA season starts.

Brown might be preparing hard for the upcoming season, but he might not wear the iconic Boston Celtics jersey next season.

Despite having a phenomenal season, the franchise recently offered him in a trade package for acquiring the disgruntled Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant. But the deal didn’t go through as the Nets rejected it.

While it might seem extremely unfair to Brown, the Celtics are trying their best to win an NBA Championship. Trading for KD will mean the team will give up on Brown and try to enter win-now mode.
