Video: LeBron James Works Out With Washington Mystics’ Star Natasha Cloud After Crawsover Pro-Am In Seattle Was Cut Short

2 Min Read

Yesterday saw one of the biggest basketball events in a long time for Seattle take place as Jamal Crawford’s pro-am game was scheduled to bring in some of the best and brightest of the NBA. Players like Paolo Banchero, Dejounte Murray, Jayson Tatum, and many others were playing. However, the biggest name on the bill was easily LeBron James, with people lining up to see the King in action.

Seattle’s only pro basketball team is in the playoffs right now as the Seattle Storm just completed a series sweep over the Washington Mystics in the first round of the 2022 WNBA Playoffs. Despite being in the playoffs, many players from both teams had come out to the Crawsover pro-am to be a part of the basketball festivities.

The game was cut short after too many people in the gym started creating condensation on the floor that risked injury to the NBA-level layers at the event. LeBron’s night was cut short, but he got to keep working on his game as he worked with the Washington Mystics prior to their Game 2 against Seattle, throwing down a dunk in front of Washington’s Natasha Cloud.

The first round of the WNBA Playoffs are a best-of-3, so the Storm taking a 2-0 lead over the Mystics ended the series. The 2019 Champions got some insight from LeBron himself, but the Storm are led by WNBA legend Sue Bird, who had a sensational performance herself to keep the Storm in the mix for a title as they face the No. 1 seeded Las Vegas Aces next.

Natasha Cloud had 21 points and led the Washington Mystics in scoring. Even though LeBron’s season is a few months away from starting, he is keeping in basketball playing shape through these tournaments and additional sessions with quality players from the WNBA.
