Jayson Tatum Shows Off A Signed Jersey From Derrick Rose After Celtics-Pistons Game

Jayson Tatum left Detroit with a victory and something more on Sunday night. The Boston Celtics star found success both on and off the court with his team, who had to fight to beat the Pistons 122-120.

After the game was over, Tatum showed off a “war trophy” that he received from rival Derrick Rose. D-Rose was one of the players that a generation grew up admiring and Tatum surely was part of that pack. He took to Snapchat to share his gift with the world. A signed Derrick Rose jersey that a lot of people would want to have at any cost.

That was a great gesture and it really meant a lot for Tatum. Rose never fulfill his potential but he left a big mark on the league with his desire to stand up after suffering big injuries. That mentality has taken him to become one of the most beloved players in NBA in recent years and now Tatum paid his respect to the veteran point guard.

With the victory, Boston now ranks 6th in the East with a 4-3 record while the Pistons are watching everybody from the bottom of the table after winning one game and losing five.
