Richard Jefferson has played in four NBA Finals over the course of his 18-year career. And while he has faced a number of talented stars in those Finals series, some are better than others.
In a recent Tweet, RJ revealed the toughest players he’s ever faced (in the Finals).

It’s no surprise that Kobe and Shaq top the list. As two of the best players ever, their partnership was powerful and nearly impossible to stop. Together, they won three-straight Championships in the early 2000s.
The 2017 Warriors are considered one of the best teams in league history. With Durant, Steph, and Klay, they had an impressive core of superstars.
The “twin towers” that RJ refers to in San Antonio are David Robinson and Tim Duncan. They formed a powerful one-two inside punch that was elite on both ends of the floor.
And, finally, Jefferson names the 2017 Splash Bros. Though they ended up losing that year, their team was no joke. They went 73-9 that season and had one of the most well-rounded rosters ever.
It’s safe to say that Jefferson has been up against some pretty steep competition. He’s 1-3 in those Finals, in case you were wondering.
