The James family is excelling in their basketball exploits as sons Bronny and Bryce look to live up to the incredible legacy of their father, LeBron James.

While Bronny James is expected to be in the NBA Draft next season, Bryce still has three years in high school to finish. He’s making a name for himself and played in his first Peach Jam. The highlight tape from the event made LeBron incredibly excited.

The Peach Jam is a Nike youth basketball event, and it seems Bryce made quite the impression. The size is already helping at the high school level and projects well for his eventual transition to the NCAA or pro leagues. Bryce is also the best shooter in the household, meaning he could become a top prospect by the time he’s nearing his senior year.

Bryce James Making Big Steps Forward

Bryce recently made the decision to leave Sierra Canyon and enroll in Campbell Hall. This may give him more chance at development, given the stacked Sierra Canyon program wouldn’t guarantee a bigger role for Bryce until he’s older. He can get more playing time to develop his skillset at Campbell and has already made his debut.

The 16-year-old is currently projected to be a first-round pick in 2026 due to the early progress he has shown. If he continues growing and can keep his dribbling and shooting ability intact, Bryce could be the ideal NBA wing. He doesn’t have explosiveness like his father or even his elder brother, but his size will end up making up for a lot of it.

Even though it looks like LeBron can continue in the league to play with Bronny, playing long enough to share the court with Bryce will be a challenge. Either way, it does seem like we will have our fix of the James family as NBA players even after LeBron retires.
