The Skip Bayless roast-a-thon of LeBron James continues. The analyst took another shot at the Los Angeles Lakers superstar after Austin Reaves delivered a stupendous performance to see the Purple and Gold home.

Reaves notched up 35 points, 6 rebounds, and as many assists in what was a must-win contest for the Lakers. The 111-105 win at home puts the team back in playoff contention.
The Lakers didn’t see their shooting trio fire as Anthony Davis (15 points), D’Angelo Russell (18 points), and Malik Beasley (3 points) fizzled. And while Bayless was mighty pleased with the young guard, he perhaps could have done without calling out the veteran who has been sidelined with an injury.
Will LeBron James Return This Season?
One of the bigger questions for the Lakers and the supporters is the return of their superstar. James has missed 11 games in a row after his ankle injury in his last outing against the Dallas Mavericks on February 26.
In what comes as a positive piece of news, head coach Darvin Ham confirmed that the 38-year-old will return to play for LA this season as they gear up for a playoff push. The season has seen James average 29.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 6.9 assists.

The Lakers have done fairly well in James’ absence, winning seven of their last 12 games. Against the Magic, it was a Reaves special as he landed nine of his 14 attempts from the field to edge out Orlando. The season has seen the Arkansas lad prop up 12.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.9 assists — good numbers from a role player in the 54 games he played this season.
The win, courtesy of “Hillbilly Kobe” puts LA in tenth place in the Western Conference standings. They are 35-37 after the win and will play the Phoenix Suns and the Oklahoma City Thunder in their next two skirmishes.
