Prior to the start of the 2022-23 NBA season, the Phoenix Suns were touted as one of the teams to look out for in the Western Conference. In all honesty, they have been a top team in the conference over the last couple of seasons.

Speaking of their performances so far this season, the Phoenix Suns may have a 16-11 record and hold the fourth seed in the Western Conference, but that doesn’t tell the full story. Following back-to-back defeats at the hands of the New Orleans Pelicans, the Suns are now on a 4-game losing streak.

In fact, in the last six games, the Suns have barely looked like a title contender. They have been embarrassed on numerous occasions and have lost five out of their six games. Evidently, they are getting a lot of heat for this poor run of form.

Phoenix Suns Get Trolled By NBA Fans

Having a team that features Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Deandre Ayton is certainly a blessing for the Suns this season. But even the trio has been rendered helpless over the last six games or so for the organization.

Despite losing two straight games against the Pelicans, Deandre Ayton made clear that the team is not panicking right now. But NBA fans on Twitter certainly do not agree with the 24-year-old. If anything, fans believe the Suns’ window of winning an NBA Championship has already closed.

Almost as if theyโ€™re frauds and everyone knew it

Most fans believe that the Suns’ window of winning the title has already been closed, and they simply need to move on from their current core of star players. While that could be true, most of the regular season is yet to be played.

On top of that, all the Suns need to do is qualify for the playoffs by winning enough games in the regular season. Once they book a spot in the postseason, they can switch gears and prove their haters wrong.
