James Harden and the Philadelphia 76ers were knocked out in the second round of the playoffs by the Miami Heat. James Harden had a very underwhelming playoff run, especially against the Miami Heat.

With Harden’s season officially over, we haven’t heard from the former NBA MVP. Bleacher Report uploaded a video of Harden partying at a club, something The Beard was quick to shut down.

Bleacher Report uploaded a video showing James Harden at a nightclub. James Harden immediately commented on the post when he saw it, noting that the video is old because he now has braids in his hair, and the video showed him having his old hairstyle.

After being called out by Harden, Bleacher Report deleted the video immediately, not wanting more attention on their mistake:

For anyone confused what the post was it was this. Clearly an old video with his old hairstyle in which he called them out and they deleted the post. pic.twitter.com/ADbwPtFknu

James Harden has had a reputation for partying, often being spotted at nightclubs. But considering the timing of the video from Bleacher Report, coming a few weeks after the 76ers were knocked out, Harden has every right to be annoyed about the false narrative that Bleacher Report was creating.

James Harden spoke after the 76ers were eliminated from the playoffs, noting that he would be willing to take a smaller contract extension than the max that he is eligible for in order to give the 76ers the salary cap flexibility to sign better players to help their championship pursuit next season.

Harden was significantly criticized for his performances during the NBA playoffs, as he underdelivered for them and didn’t play up to the level that we have come to expect from him.

He will be expected to put in work during the offseason to try and improve his performance come next season, especially considering the 76ers brought him in to play alongside Joel Embiid and help them win an NBA championship.
