Adrian Wojnarowski is basketball’s most esteemed and recognizable reporter. When ESPN picked him in 2017, it was considered a huge win, and Woj has been the face of the brand since.
But he’s come under hot water recently for his actions against Missouri senator Josh Hawley. After Hawley criticized the NBA for “refusing to support the United States police and military,” Woj sent him an email that simply read “F-CK you.” Woj apologized and ESPN said they were looking into the incident, but most thought that was the end of it.
Adrian Wojnarowski has been suspended by ESPN for sending “fuck you” in response to an email from Missouri senator Josh Hawley about the NBA and China, sources tell Outkick. At press time, we were unable to determine the length of the suspension for the NBA insider as it’s being held close to the vest.
However, in a report by Ryan Glasspiegel of Outkick the Coverage, the spots and entertainment empire has decided to suspend Wojnarowski.

No time frame has been set yet on how long the suspension is for, or if other consequences will follow. But for such an accomplished and revered sports reporter, it’s truly unprecedented to see this type of thing happen.
We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.
