In recent times, it's been common to see athletes participating in promos for movies and series, and NBA stars aren't an exception. This time, Minnesota Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards showed his acting skills.  

'Joining' Hollywood star Adam Driver, Edwards stars in a very interesting promo for this upcoming film. 

Edwards has some funny lines in this 30-second ad, bothering Driver's character with his words. He doesn't take responsibility for crashing their spaceship, and it seems like the Star Wars star has to protect him constantly. 

The trailer of the movie is a lot more serious than this promo, and shows Driver and a little girl exploring unknown land, only to meet with dinosaurs. "65" is coming to theaters this March. 

Anthony Edwards Calls Himself The Best NBA Player Right Now

Anthony Edwards had expressed that he's a man of many talents, as he could play more sports than basketball and, according to him, succeed in each of them. Besides sports, he can be very successful when it comes to acting too. 

In recent days, the player made another bold claim, picking himself as the best player in the league. Ant has boasted huge confidence since always, and after finding some success in the NBA, even becoming an All-Star, he's more confident in his talents. 

The shooting guard is currently averaging 25.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game. He's shooting 46.3% from the field and 36.5% from beyond the arc, leading the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 31-31 record, which places them 8th in the Western Conference standings. 

This young player has a bright future ahead, and if he keeps evolving, the T-Wolves will have somebody to rely on for a long time, even if Karl-Anthony Towns is no longer with the team. They're still trying to get out of the play-in tournament zone, and the competition gets more difficult now, especially after the entertaining 2023 trade deadline.
