Charles Barkley Brutally Honest On Warriors’ Situation: “The Warriors S**k Without Draymond Green And Klay Thompson.”

What appeared to be a very good opportunity for the Golden State Warriors to start a new season with fresh expectations turned out to be a nightmare for them. The Brooklyn Nets dismantled them and earned a 125-99 victory at Barclays Center, doing exactly what the Warriors needed to do to demonstrate they’re not done in the NBA.

Even though this was just the first game of the season, the result and development of the game raised a lot of eyebrows around the league and people are already putting the Warriors down after their season opener. NBA legend-turned-analyst Charles Barkley was one of those who trashed the Warriors after their first game of the season, claiming that their “suck” without Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry, a vital part of this team.

“We didn’t learn nothing tonight except the Warriors suck without Draymond [Green] and Klay [Thompson],” Barkley said about the Warriors and their display on Tuesday night.

This season was already expected to be hard for the Dubs without Klay Thompson but now without Green, the job will be harder for Stephen Curry and co. They still have chances to compete but they’ll need to do better than they did last night. Not everybody is happy with their performance but the league is just starting. They will have time to get things back on track.
