NBA Fans Roast Kendrick Perkins After He Said Anthony Davis Was Robbed Of DPOY

2 Min Read

Kendrick Perkins has once again found himself under fire after expressing his opinion on social media. The former NBA center has been getting a lot of hate in recent years thanks to his claims and takes on NBA-related topics. Perk has become the biggest defender of LeBron James and now he’s apparently trying to do the same with Anthony Davis.

During the Tuesday night game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers, AD was guarding Kawhi, doing a good job against the Klaw. However, true to his style, Perkins took things to the next level and claimed AD had been robbed of the 2020 NBA Defensive Player of the Year award.

“Anybody else watching AD guard Kawhi the whole game? I still can’t believe he got robbed of his DPOY Trophy last season! Carry on…” Perk wrote on Twitter.

Of course, this didn’t sit well among NBA fans and a lot of them replied, telling him Kawhi was scoring good points on Davis and some asking him to stop taking shots at Giannis Antetokounmpo for nothing.

Perk may be used to these comments now but NBA fans do enjoy going after him and his questionable takes.
