Charles Barkley remains the funniest personality in NBA media by a long shot. His newfound beef with the Warriors, something that has always been simmering, has burst into life during these playoffs. Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals has brought quite a bit of fire to this rivalry, with fans during TNT’s pregame show chanting at Barkley and him giving it right back to them

There was another hilarious moment that occurred during this time, with Barkley and the crew spotting a child with a poster in the crowd. The poster was of a drawing of the Inside The NBA crew, with ‘848K dislikes’ highlighted above Barkley’s head. Chuck isn’t one to back down from some playful banter though, even if it is a child, and his response was a hilarious one:

“Hey man, that’s not what I look like little kid. Imma come down and give you some smoke… Hey go to a commercial break so I can go and smack this little kid.”

Barkley wasn’t serious about threatening the kid with a smack and it got a good laugh out of everyone on the panel. Charles may have been quite aggressive in his day. He fought with a bunch of NBA players on the court, but he was just enjoying some more back-and-forth with the Warriors fans.

The Golden State faithful also have a bit of an upper hand at the moment. Their team has taken care of the Mavericks convincingly in the first two games of the Conference Finals. The series will go back to Dallas now, and the Warriors will have a chance to gain an almost unassailable lead if they win Game 3, but Dallas has already fought back from a similar benefit this season. It remains to be seen who between Barkley and the Warriors fans ends up having the last laugh this season.
