The Golden State Warriors returned to winning ways in a great fashion tonight, as they took on the always dangerous Memphis Grizzlies and completely dominated their rivals from start to finish.

A couple of days after Ja Morant claimed he’s not worried about anybody in the Western Conference, the Warriors made a statement, securing a blowout 123-109 win at Chase Center, sending the Grizzlies back home with a huge L.

This victory came without Stephen Curry and Andrew Wiggins on the court, which makes it sweeter and more special for the Dubs. Jordan Poole, Klay Thompson, Donte DiVincenzo, and co. took things personally and beat the Grizzlies in a difficult matchup.

The game was full of emotions, with the Warriors making big plays and teasing their rivals. In the end, they beat the Grizz, who will return to Memphis with a lot of questions. They aren’t as strong as they wanted to think and the Dubs really are unstoppable at home.

Many fans reacted to this game, blasting the Grizzlies for speaking too much before proving themselves against the real top teams in the West. The Warriors aren’t a top-10 team right now, but you have to respect them as the defending NBA champions.

Ja Morant and his teammates have earned a reputation for talking and doing too much. They need to humble themselves a little bit or the entire league will root against him. Knowing how they are, that won’t be a problem for them, but until they start winning championships, the G14 classification will be out of reach.

Jordan Poole finished the game with 32 points while Klay Thompson added 24 points. Donte DiVincenzo added 19 points while Draymond Green secured a double-double with 13 assists and 13 rebounds.

Many said this isn’t a rivalry, but the way the Warriors played this game and their celebrations say the complete opposite.
