After making the headlines for all the wrong reasons during his 2022-23 season, Ja Morant is now doing it in his offseason too.
For the second time in just over two months, Morant was seen flashing a gun on Instagram Live and he was blasted by NBA fans for it. One of them is now calling him out for getting an even bigger gun than the one he flashed back in March.
Ja Morant really got suspended and went and got an even BIGGER gun 😭😭 pic.twitter.com/x285twcPN0

Others joined in as they blasted Morant for his stupidity.
A fan thinks people like Ja will only learn the hard way.

The way this is going, a fan claimed the next time we see Ja he’ll have an assault rifle.

A fan believes Morant needs to surround himself with better people than the ones he hangs out with now.
I’m sorry…but he needs to stop hanging with these broke folks!

A fan thinks Morant will only understand his mistakes after he loses everything.
And it’s all his fault. Even his boy pulled the video back lmao. Won’t learn till he loses it all.

Morant is not a good role model, as per one fan.
Definitely not a good role model for kids.

You’d have thought that after the backlash that came his way following the first gun incident, he’d be smart enough to not put himself in this position again. It is really unfortunate that someone with that much talent just seems intent on letting it all go to waste. We can just hope that Morant changes his ways after this, or else he will look back at these actions years down the road with a great deal of regret.
Some Severe Punishments Might Be Coming Ja Morant’s Way
The first gun incident led to Morant being suspended for eight games and some people at the time felt that the punishment should have been harsher. Well, it most certainly will be this time, as reports indicate he is facing the prospect of a lengthy suspension.
As for the duration, rival executives want it to be half a season or even more than that. It could very well be that long and if that doesn’t drill some sense into Morant, then you wonder what will. That first gun incident already led to him losing $39 million as he wasn’t voted into any of the All-NBA teams and he could end up losing it all if he doesn’t change his ways.
