Joe Ingles Ruthlessly Trolls Hater Who Told Him He Shouldn’t Get More Than 5 Minutes Of Playing Time: “5 More Than You’ll Ever Play”

Joe Ingles became a fan favorite around the league as the veteran on the Utah Jazz for all these years. He is a 3-and-D specialist and was crucial in Utah’s years of success. He was traded from the team prior to the playoffs after an ACL injury ruled him out of the last year of his contract.

Ingles was sent to Portland but never played for the team. Despite a debilitating injury in the latter half of his career, the Milwaukee Bucks signed Ingles on a 1 -year contract after he became a free agent this offseason.

After the deal was officially announced by the Bucks, Ingles shared his welcome post and simply said, ‘let’s go’. A troll told him to calm down due to the low PT he’ll get in Milwaukee, to which Ingles decided to let the fan know that his fewer minutes are still more than what this guy would ever get in the NBA.

Ingles could be a very impactful role player on the Bucks as the additional depth at the forward position. Milwaukee missed the presence of PJ Tucker last season, and Khris Middleton’s playoff injury left them with no reliable wings. Jordan Nwora was the best option after Khris, so Ingles could definitely make a splash.

His health will be the biggest question. Ingles is a strong defender, but can he keep that pace up returning from an ACL injury? It is unlikely, but that is something we can only see on the court when the season starts.

The Bucks are looking to return to championship form with Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak had a stellar season that went to waste after his co-star went down. While Ingles is no Middleton, he can be called upon in a tough situation and give you solid minutes. That fan that sent hate towards Ingles will realize that soon enough.
