2 Min Read

After being swept by the Celtics in the first round of this postseason, the Philadelphia 76ers are in a state of flux as they determine what changes need to be made t turn things around.

Unfortunately, confidence in the Simmons/Embiid duo is waning, and the supporting cast around them has yet to step up like the team has needed them to.

So when JoJo recently sent out a Tweet about being “unhappy,” it drew quite a bit of attention, many of which from people who questioned whether it had anything to do with his future in Philly.

It was soon realized that it was nothing more than a promo for Embiid’s new Mtn Dew Commercial.

Don’t worry, Philadelphia, there’s no reason to panic… yet. While Joel has not quite gone public with his unhappiness, there’s no way he’s enjoying the current look of his situation.

On a team failing to meet expectations and a roster that is locked into overpriced contracts, there’s no clear way for Embiid to solve his team’s problems.

Something has to give, and only time will tell who will remain by the time it’s all said and done.

For now, though, we’ll just have to stick to watching him on the screen.
