Klay Thompson On The 2020 NBA Championship: ‘I Think It Will Be Bucks Over Clippers In Seven Games.”

2 Min Read

The Golden State Warriors may be on the outside looking in on the playoff picture, but they won’t be out for very long. With their stars getting healthy and gearing up for a return, next season should bring tremendous success for Golden State.

But, for now, a new Champion will be crowned. And, in a video interview with TISSOT, Warriors star Klay Thompson revealed his prediction…

“I think it will Bucks over Clippers in seven games. Think that will be a barn burner of a fire.”

The Bucks are pretty much everyone’s favorite to come out of the East. With Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, they have the pieces they need to go all-the-way.

In the West, things are a little bit more complicated. Whether it’s the Lakers, Clippers, Nuggets, Rockets, and even the Blazers, there are no shortage of contenders with a chance to make some noise.

But when it comes to the Clippers, Klay has seen first-hand the damage Kawhi Leonard can do. With him, Paul George, and the deepest bench in the NBA, it’s not hard to see them making the Finals.

Regardless of who makes it, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out in the end.
