Lakers Win Game 3 After Monstrous 36-Point Performance From LeBron James

After Houston’s loss in Game 2, James Harden’s confidence was quoted as “sky-high.” Following Game 3, which ended in yet another Rockets loss (112-102), one has to wonder where Harden’s confidence is at now.

Both he and his backcourt partner, Russell Westbrook, played extremely well (combining for 63 points), but it wasn’t enough to overcome the power of LeBron James, who dropped 36 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 blocks on 56% shooting.

Between LeBron, Anthony Davis, and the rejuvenated Rajon Rondo, the Lakers are going to be tough to beat in these playoffs, especially for the Rockets.

On Friday, the team will look to take a 3-1 lead and grow one step closer to securing their ticket to the Conference Finals.
