LaMelo Ball was an absolute sensation last season. While there were initial doubts about how Ball would fit into the league, LaMelo squashed those concerns with his incredible performances last year.

LaMelo entered the league last season, going 3rd overall in the 2020 NBA Draft. LaMelo fell down in the draft pecking order because of concerns about his style of play. On top of that, his brother Lonzo’s initial struggles were also held against him.

The Charlotte Hornets took a chance on LaMelo, and they reaped the benefits of that decision. Ball became a star for the franchise, bringing excitement to their team for the first time in years.

LaMelo was named the 2020 Rookie Of The Year, and truly became a future star in the league. Because of his big name and brand value, he was able to sign a lucrative endorsement deal with Puma.

The sporting brand said that they would release a shoe as part of the agreement. Ball will join a select few NBA players who get their own shoe line.

Fans have been waiting very patiently for LaMelo’s signature shoes to come out. Thanks to his excellent rookie season, Melo has become one of the most popular stars in the NBA. So it comes as no shock that his shoe is highly anticipated.

There is very little information about his upcoming shoes, including how much they cost. But it appears that information may have been revealed accidentally.

Ball recently did a feature for GQ Sports, which highlighted aspects of his attire, including the price. Ball was sporting shoes from his signature line and the price was listed at $125.

This could be the price that the shoes are ultimately sold at. But there isn’t any verified information at the moment. Regardless, LaMelo’s shoes are going to be a hot commodity in the market.
