LeBron James was ready to talk a little to Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors at the end of the first half of their entertaining Game 1 contest.

As Curry went to the bench towards the end of the quarter, LeBron seemingly followed him while talking to him. He addressed some of what he had to say to the bench and staff also, showing that he’s ready to make this series a war.

The Warriors entered the second half trailing by one point in a 65-64 game. The Warriors are outshooting the Lakers comfortably, but the Lakers are dominating on the inside and going to the free-throw line very often. The second half will also be a battle, as the Warriors will fight to protect their home court from the Lakers with a win tonight.

Curry and James were seen chatting earlier in the game as well.

Who Wins Game 1?

It is almost impossible to objectively call a winner in this game, given how tightly contested the game is. The Chase Center crowd is hot, so it could motivate the Warriors to find a late win and continue outshooting the Lakers. LA doesn’t pride itself on its offense and hasn’t been able to consistently defend the Warriors tonight.

LeBron James and Stephen Curry have been empowering their teammates to battle hard in the first half. Curry has 10 points on the night and has struggled to find the basket after the first quarter. LeBron hasn’t been the playoff LeBron of old but has 12 points with a late bucket in the second to put the Lakers up by one point.
