LeBron James Shows Kobe Bryant Tribute Tattoo During Lakers Training

1 Min Read

The Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has gotten a new tattoo honoring the late Kobe Bryant. The Lakers trained outside on a football field on Thursday as they get ready to play their first game since the tragic death of Bryant.

That’s where LeBron decided to show his new tattoo, with TMZ reporting it was a tribute to Kobe.

The Lakers were expected to return to action against the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday but the game was postponed out of respect for Bryant. The Purple and Gold are back in action on Friday when they host the Portland Trail Blazers.

It will surely be an emotional night at the Staples Center, Kobe’s home for two decades.

Right now LA has the best record in the Western Conference. Nothing would make this season more special than to see James and Anthony Davis lead the franchise to win the 17th NBA title.

LeBron is averaging 25.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 10.7 assists on the season. The King is playing like an MVP now that he’s healthy again.
