Luka Doncic Posts A Picture Where He Shows He Is Not In Bad Shape

2 Min Read

The alarms were set for the Dallas Mavericks when Luka Doncic’s trainer revealed the player was ‘out of shape’. Well, that wasn’t true, as Luka and his trainer clarified everything after reports surfaced revealing the Slovenian point guard let himself loose.

“He is not in the best shape, which is normal,” Jure Drasklar said, as reported by the Dallas Morning News. “NBA games will not be played before the end of July, so there is enough time to help him recover and get ready. … However, he undoubtedly would be ready to play right now.”

Drakslar, however, cleared up his “out of shape” comment by saying the quote wasn’t translated correctly. Even Luka appeared on social media asking who was giving that information to every NBA site.

Now, to make things even clearer, the Dallas Mavericks posted a series of pictures where you can spot Doncic working out and truth to be told, he looks just fine.

Last season, Doncic’s weight was a huge topic for the Mavs. The 21-year-old put to work and changed his body, which surely helped him have a great season, even being considered an MVP candidate at some point.

Rumors were suggesting he gained over 30 pounds, but as we know now, that was completely false. Doncic is ready to continue his good season with the Mavs once the NBA resumes next July at Walt Disney World. He’s getting ready to return better than ever and lead his team to the promised land.
