To say that Tyler Herro has not had the best of offseasons would be an understatement. After the Miami Heat lost in the Conference Finals to the Boston Celtics, Herro claimed that he felt he deserved a starting spot for next season, only for Pat Riley to say he is yet to win that job.

He was then accused of cheating by his girlfriend and while that drama went on for a while, it seems like the two have mended fences since and are expecting another child together. The next blow to Herro would come in the form of trade rumors, as he is the one headlining trade packages that would help the Heat land either Kevin Durant or Donovan Mitchell. While this goes on, an image surfaced online of his new chest tattoo and while some might have liked it, NBA fans roasted Herro for what does look like quite a weird tattoo in all honesty.

“Yeah this is an all-time bad tattoo”

“He need to get that s**t burnt off asap”

“you can tell he got it just to get tatted ts mid af”

“Who told this man this would look good lmao his nipples make the tiger look like it’s blushing. “

“I thought that was some type of gremlin on his chest BYE”

“i lit dont think it gets worse than this”

“I thought this was a moth”

“Lol I understand what he was tryin to but but y it look like dat”

“It’s giving “locally hated” sticker on the back of his truck energy”

“Good god is that awful.”

“The world going to bully him into getting rid of it just like the braids.. “

“My man got the worst haircut and tattoo in 2 years “

“he really checked off a list of tacky tattoo boxes and combined every trait into one, good lord”

“Bro looks like he got an overly realistic pikachu face on his chest”

” nah he needs a coverup immediately”

“This is got damn terrible “

“All that money you making and you couldn’t find a decent tattoo artist? Lmao da f**k is that “

“He wants to be tough so much he got a tattoo nobody would ever get”

“Thank God they wear jerseys. Even drunk people wouldn’t get this done.”

“I ain’t gonna stunt it’s pretty bad. That’s my boy too”

They did not hold back there and you wonder what made him get something like this done. Maybe more work is going to be put in there at a later point which will make it look a bit better, but as of now, it does look weird.

At the end of the day though, if Herro goes out on the court and balls out, then nobody will care what tattoo he has on his chest. He is coming off his best season as a pro in 2021-22 where he won Sixth Man of the Year by averaging 20.7 points per game but he was hampered by injuries and endured a rough postseason. His bad fortunes have carried on well into this offseason and we can only hope it turns for the better soon, for his sake.
