During the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Detroit Pistons game, a fight took place between LeBron James and Isaiah Thomas. Despite the Lakers winning the game and improving their record to 9-9, the heated scuffle was the primary focal point of the fixture.

After all, it is quite rare to see the King lose his temper and get into a scuffle. Well following the fight, it was quite obvious that both the players were ejected from the games. James was sent out due to his shot at Stewart, while the Pistons center paid the price for his antics later on.

Stewart ran all over the court in an effort to continue the fight and get back to James for giving him a bloody eye. While it was a serious moment, NBA fans enjoyed the altercation to the full extent.

Instagram page “ballnumbers” posted on its account about the heated exchange between the two players. The page compared Stewart’s efforts to break out of everyone holding him down to the Titans running back Derrick Henry breaking tackles.

The post was captioned, “Titans NEED to sign Isaiah Stewart as their new lead back… Stewart wasn’t trying to let anyone stop him from fighting LeBron .” Upon seeing the graphic and the video, many NBA fans reacted to it. Here are some of the best reactions posted by fans on the post.

thomas.tapanes: “Russ and DJ first line of defense.”

justodoom: “Russ was w the s***s.”

crawfordham: “Lefrustrationfoul.”

theyluvvbando: “He dragged it the clout got to him situation was dying out cs if it was sum casual nba player he would have let it go but its lebron .”

zanegordon24: “He really broke all those tackles just to stop running when he got close fake tough.”

reubenjfarrel: “Who tf is this bum a** huh? A nobody trynna fight THE KING?!”

Most fans trolled Stewart for trying to act tough until he actually got close to doing something in the fight. It didn’t take fans to make fun of the Pistons center.

One such clip was posted on Twitter by Rob Perez. The short video has Stewart trying to break through everyone with WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin’s theme song playing in the background.

To be completely honest, the video is hilarious and one which will be remembered for quite some time by NBA fans.

While it’s funny to look back at the fight, Lakers fans will hope that LeBron James is not suspended for a long period of time. It would only make it tougher for them to improve their record and try to win an NBA Championship.
