Patrick Beverley is ready to start a new chapter in his career after living a couple of tumultuous days. The former Los Angeles Clippers point guard was traded from L.A. to Memphis and then to Minnesota, joining the exciting Timberwolves team.
Bev lands as a veteran figure who can help Karl-Anthony Towns, D’Angelo Russell, and Anthony Edwards. The T-Wolves enter the 2021/22 NBA season with some major changes, and Beverley will try to make a positive impact on them.
Even after getting traded twice in three days, the veteran player remains confident and happy to keep playing. After one Timberwolves analyst reported that Pat was glad to join the team, the player confirmed it, making it clear he’s ready to compete in Minny.
Patrick Beverley is reportedly happy with today’s trade and is excited to get to work with this young talented Timberwolves roster. 🐺🐺#Timberwolves #RaisedByWolves

Beverley’s career has suffered significant changes since the Clippers landed Kawhi Leonard and Paul George a couple of years ago. He even trash-talked Stephen Curry, claiming the next five years would belong to him.
Well, now he’s in a different place, with a team with different aspirations. Regardless, Pat is ready to bring his all to the court and help the Timberwolves reach the next level in a competitive Western Conference.
Even though not everybody appreciated Beverley getting traded from the Clippers, the player understands this is a business, and the Californians did what they thought was the best for them.
This is a new challenge for him, and seeing how well he’s taken things, Beverley will be just fine.
