The excitement for Victor Wembanyama is at an all-time high, as fans of the San Antonio Spurs get ready to welcome their next franchise star. Wembanyama is one of the most exciting NBA draft prospects in history, and he could become an all-time great player. One rapper has welcomed Wembanyama while also cleverly promoting his new album.

Rapper Mike Dimes purchased billboards in San Antonio welcoming Victor Wembanyama to the Spurs, anointing him a Texas Boy. Dimes put up this billboard not just to welcome Wemby, but also to promote his new album, ‘Texas Boy’, in a very clever promotional tactic.

Wembanyama has caused a lot of fanfare and excitement in San Antonio, as he will be the future star of their franchise and the player they build their team around. For Dimes, he used his album title ‘Texas Boy’ cleverly to welcome Wembanyama to San Antonio, Texas, while also bringing new eyes to his new album.

Wembanyama Will Be The Next Spurs Legend

Victor Wembanyama almost accidentally let slip that he would be drafted by the Spurs recently. While it is all but confirmed, teams avoid making such decisions ahead of time to avoid an unfortunate situation.

JJ Redick recently spoke about why he thinks Wembanyama will be wildly successful in the NBA, comparing his time in Europe to Luka Doncic, and how Doncic has been able to translate that success in Europe to a very successful, and still promising, career here in the NBA.

Wembanyama is expected to become one of the future faces of the league, with his incredible combination of size being perfect for the modern NBA. If he can develop the way experts expect him to, Wembanyama will go down as one of the best players of his generation, and be a dominant force in the league for years to come.
