The Golden State Warriors had a tumultuous 2022-23 NBA season full of ups and downs that ended up with the team getting eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers in the Second Round of the postseason.

A lot has been said about the future of the team, with reports suggesting Klay Thompson might be out of the team while Draymond Green could join another contender, too. Well, it seems like Stephen Curry doesn’t want that to happen and is ready to face another season with his two best teammates.

“I think the most likely scenario is that the Warriors keep most of this together for at least one more season,” The Athletic’s Tim Kawakami wrote. “That’s what Curry wants. His opinion sort of matters.”

The Warriors have been involved in plenty of rumors recently, and they won’t stop coming. Even with Curry’s desire to keep fighting alongside Thompson and Green, the team knows they must make hard decisions sometimes for the greater good.

After Bob Myers ended his tenure with the team, many think that the Warriors could take a different direction and team Curry up with other stars. This is unlikely right now, but as the offseason unfolds, we could see more rumors about the Dubs.

The relationship between their assets doesn’t seem to be the best either, as Steve Kerr was recently accused of taking a shot at Jordan Poole and Jonathan Kuminga, two players who were unhappy with their lack of playing time during the playoffs.

The Golden State Warriors Have Been Linked With Several Rumors

Being the most famous team in the league for the past decade, the Warriors will always draw attention. They have been mentioned in many rumors around the league, including moves that would land Jaylen Brown in San Francisco

Another trade idea includes Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura and draft compensation in exchange for Klay Thompson. The Dubs have many paths to follow this summer with their entire roster, but nothing will happen until they appoint a new general manager.
