The Los Angeles Clippers president of basketball operations, Lawrence Frank, who bombarded with questions in a recent press conference.
A reporter asked Frank about the role of Terance Mann on the Clippers’ roster moving forward. The Clippers president gave a detailed answer to it. But the answer was taken into the wrong sense after Mann tweeted “Lmao,” just 30 minutes after Frank’s conference.
“I trust explicitly in Ty [Tyronn Lue]. I mean, Ty makes the lineup decisions and choices. But I also think Terance is versatility personified,” Frank said. “That’s a good thing, not a bad thing. The fact that he can play one through four. He can take on tougher defensive matchups. He can show that you can start me, play me off the bench. The more guys you have like that, it makes it easier.
“It also gives you more pathways to get on the floor. If you are just a one-position player, it makes it really, really tough for a coach to find ways to use you. So I think Ty Lue did a really good job with Terance.”
This tweet comes about 30 minutes after Lawrence Frank addressed Terance Mann and his role. Is it related? Maybe. Maybe not.

Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints speculated that Mann’s tweet may have had home hidden meaning to it. Mann’s original tweet blew up, and he had to clear the air about it with a second tweet.
“ManU playing no games! I gotta tweet with context next time smh, y’all drag everything.”

The Clippers fanbase was relieved after Mann cleared things up. Mann averaged 10.6 PPG, 3.2 RPG, and 2.2 APG in five games. While shooting 57.6% from the field and 47.6% from downtown.
The Clippers Have Crucial Decisions To Make This Summer
This was the fourth straight season where the Los Angeles Clippers have failed to live up to the expectations of the fans.
The fanbase of the franchise is getting impatient with the lack of success by the team despite having two big-name superstars on the roster, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Speaking of the duo, Lawrence Frank also addressed their future. He wants to focus on building a championship-caliber team before getting into it.
Apart from that, the franchise also wants to re-sign Russell Westbrook, who was impressive in the few games that he played.
All things considered, the Clippers’ summer is extremely crucial regarding how well they will play in the coming years.
