The Nuggets are a very good team, and many expected them to be. They returned their entire core from last season and even added the likes of Jerami Grant to bolster their depth even more. Not to mention, both Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray look in better physical shape and have come back better players. The former, specifically, could greatly benefit from adding sharpshooting Serbian Bogdan Bogdanovic. Bogdanovic fits in the team perfectly, according to a report from MileHighSports.
Bogdanovic would give the Nuggets everything they need, including an ability to attack and finish at the rim and especially three-point shooting. The Nuggets have not been able to be as consistent as they like from range, and Bogdanovic would give them a lift in that regard. Perhaps most importantly, he meshes well with Nikola Jokic thanks to their time with the Serbian national team so their chemistry will be welcomed in Denver.
How the Nuggets can make this happen
Denver is a good team, but they can strike a gem if they can lure Bogdanovic. The best way for Denver to do this is to give up one of their nice young players including Monte Morris or Michael Porter Jr. along with a potential first-round pick. The Nuggets need to do what it takes to bring Bogdanovic home since he fits perfectly with Jokic.
Serbia had one of the best teams in the recent FIBA World Cup, and it was often Bogdanovic and Jokic that were the leaders of that team. To potentially re-create a dominant national team, Denver could use Bogdan to boost their shooting and offense.
