The NBA sees incredible basketball played almost every day during the regular season. There are so many iconic moments in a season that they often get lost with respect to other, grander moments.
Luka Doncic‘s passing ability is absolutely incredible, and he creates a highlight reel of dimes every game. Paul George and Tyrese Haliburton were discussing Luka’s playmaking ability on Podcast P, with both sharing some incredible passes they’ve seen him pull off.
Paul George: “Luka sees sh*t like, how? When he does the shoot and the pass behind, that is the coldest sh*t to me.”
Tyrese Haliburton: “He threw that pass against us on the baseline when he was trapped, and he jumped and whipped it, the ball like bent. I was behind him. He threw it, turned around, and looked at me. I said, ‘Nah, that was special. You are special, that was crazy.'”
Luka's no-look passes are CRAZY… and so are Giannis' 😅

Doncic’s pass against Haliburton’s Pacers was one of the best of last season. The improbability of the angle from which he passed it out of the corner straight into the hands of Jaden Hardy for a wide-open three is exactly why Luka’s nickname is Luka Magic.
Luka Doncic’s Unique Talent Needs To Be In The Playoffs Next Season
The Dallas Mavericks missing the playoffs was an incredible letdown of the upward trajectory the team had been on since Luka was drafted in 2018. This summer, the team re-signed Kyrie Irving while acquiring Grant Williams, Seth Curry, and multiple other players. They’re making a win-now effort, but will it be enough in a challenging West?
Doncic averaged 32.4 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 8.0 assists last season and was named to the All-NBA First Team despite missing out on the playoffs due to his individual brilliance. Hopefully, he can find better chemistry with Irving next season as the supercharged backcourt looks to bring Dallas back into the postseason.
