UFC legend Conor McGregor is once again involved in controversy after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her during Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets.
The alleged abuse took place inside a men’s bathroom after “NBA and Heat security helped separate the woman from her friend,” then forcing her to enter a restroom with McGregor, who first tried to aggressively kiss her.”
“According to demand letters, authored by attorney Ariel Mitchell, that were sent to McGregor, the NBA and the Miami Heat this week … the incident happened just after the Nuggets had won, 108-95, on June 9 at the Kaseya Center in Florida.”
“In the letters, Mitchell says, ‘security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom.’ The lawyer then claims McGregor emerged from inside of a handicap stall ‘and shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her,'” TMZ Sports reports.
Moreover, the woman claims that she told Conor she needed to urinate before the Irish fighter forced her to give her oral sex. On top of that, McGregor is accused of placing the woman against a wall before trying to have sex with her.
The woman used her elbows and hit Conor repeatedly and could get away from that situation. In the heat of the moment, she left her purse in the bathroom and didn’t get it back until she returned and the security guards gave it back.
This is something serious, considering who we’re talking about and what he’s been accused of. Conor McGregor has been involved in big controversy ever since he fought Floyd Maywheather Jr. a couple of years ago, and things have seemingly gotten out of control.
Connor McGregor Sent The Miami Heat Mascot To The Hospital With A Punch
McGregor also starred in controversy during that game, knocking out the Heat mascot during a skit that went wrong after the former multiple UFC champion didn’t control his strength.
Fortunately, everything went well for the mascot, even earning praise from Erik Spoelstra, who joked about the toughness of the Heat.
Now, he’s involved in another and more serious controversy, but the fighter denies all the rumors. His representatives shared a statement saying the allegations are false and they won’t ‘intimidate’ the 34-year-old.
