Andre Iguodala On Kevin Durant: ‘KD Cold As Hell’

2 Min Read

Kevin Durant returned to the NBA and he’s playing like he never left. Durant missed the entire 2019/20 NBA season due to an ACL injury and now that he’s back, he picked things right where he left them. Now with the Brooklyn Nets, KD is ready to demonstrate he can win without the help of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.

When everybody believed his first game back was good because he played against the struggling Golden State Warriors but he confirmed he’s about to be a problem to the rest of the league in his second outing against the Boston Celtics on Christmas Day. KD went off with 29 points in a blowout win over the C’s, 123-95.

Everybody was in awe with Durant, including former teammate Andre Iguodala, who took to Twitter to give props to Durantula. Iggy delivered the best description for the 2x NBA champion, sending a short but strong message.

“KD cold as hell…” Iguodala wrote.

Durant has been playing great basketball recently, scoring 51 points in two games, looking very comfortable playing alongside Kyrie Irving and his new team. KD is currently averaging 25.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game while shooting 50.0% from the field, 66.7% from deep and 93.8 from the free-throw line. This man is doing a lot of things recently and the Nets can’t be happier about it.
