Klay Thompson Hilariously Asks Pro 2K Player To Help Him Get Better At NBA 2K

2 Min Read

Klay Thompson won’t be taking part in the 2020/21 NBA season after tearing his right Achilles tendon last month. Klay was getting ready to start the new campaign with the Warriors after missing the entire 2019/20 season but we won’t see him back until next year.

The talented sharpshooter is certainly a sensitive absence for the Dubs, who are struggling without him this season. Klay wouldn’t like anything else more than to be playing with his team but that’s not going to happen this season.

Instead, he’s trying to find ways to be entertained and he’s found one in NBA 2K. However, Klay still needs to learn some things before he can consider himself a good player.

That’s why he took to social media to ask for help and he ran into one of the best in the area, Kenneth Hailey, better known as “Kenny Got Work”, one of the best 2K players in the game. Kenny has been part of the Raptors Uprising GC since 2018 and Klay knew he would be a good teacher.

Kenny revealed that Klay had reached him out on Instagram asking for help but there was a little detail that would make their exchange of ideas more difficult. While Kenny is an XBOX player, Klay plays on PS5.

The 3x NBA champion looked very desperate to learn so it’s unclear if Kenny would make some sacrifices or if Klay would change to XBOX to learn how to play the game properly. It was indeed a hilarious exchange and we don’t know the final outcome of that, but Klay looked very keen to learn.
