Dwight Howard has had a lot of fun in Taiwan and is convinced that a couple of current NBA players can join him in the Asian country to dominate the T1 League and win a couple of championships.

During a recent interview with The Score, Howard revealed which current players he’d pick to join him in Taiwan and dominate the competition.

“At point guard, LePoint Guard, I’m gonna go with LeBron James to start it off. LeSilencer. LeTaiwan. You gotta have the sniper, KD [Kevin Durant]. So me, KD, Bron, we gotta have the Joker [Nikola Jokic] and I gotta have Giannis [Antetokounmpo].”

He was also asked about a team of players that are closer to retirement and could still have some good seasons in Taiwan.

Howard went with CP3 as the point guard. He then selected LeBron James again. Carmelo Anthony also made the team, and Udonis Haslem, the oldest player in the NBA right now at 43 years.

Out of these five, Paul, James, and Howard are still active and can provide stuff to a thing. CP3 is still considered a solid point guard around the league, and proof of that is the rumors about his future. He’s considered a potential target for the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, and even the Golden State Warriors.

LeBron was reportedly recruited by Kyrie Irving to go play in Dallas, and Howard is putting up a show in Taiwan, averaging 23.2 points, 16.2 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game in 34.9 minutes of action.

Dwight Howard Wants LeBron James And Bronny James To Join Him In Taiwan

D-12 has been very active trying to recruit LeBron James to Taiwan, and in the same interview, he extended an invitation to Bronny James to go play with his father in the Asian country. They had success on the Lakers, winning the 2020 NBA championship.

Howard was close to re-signing with the team, but after asking for 15 minutes to think, the offer was off the table. He’s still trying to get another chance in the league and has named the Sacramento Kings a good landing spot for him.

Howard hasn’t given up on his chances to return to the league, but it remains to be seen if he’ll be able to get a new opportunity in the association.
