- LeBron James said this is only the beginning for Bryce James
LeBron James is perhaps the ultimate role model when it comes to being a father that is also a celebrity, and he has shown it again. His second son, Bryce Maximus James, has been improving steadily on the basketball court as a prospect. And LeBron acknowledged his development on social media.
“No substitute for hard work! Keep going Maximus!! Only the beginning,” LeBron James wrote on social media in response to a highlight reel of his son’s recent games.

Bryce James has been rising to prominence since he got into high school, showing signs of talent at Sierra Canyon High School as a freshman and sophomore. He has since transferred schools twice and is currently moving to Notre Dame High School in California.
Bryce James is already 6’5″ at the age of 18, with the expectation that he will grow even more. He weighs 180 pounds, too, giving him the ideal frame to make it big in basketball. The Team’s win-loss record is 10-5, and if Bryce James can continue to ball out, he will continue to get further attention from fans of the NBA.
Bryce James Looks Like The Real Deal
When players are in high school, it’s hard to tell if they will pan out at the professional level or not. Perhaps the only exception to his was Bryce’s father, LeBron James. But Bryce’s performances are speaking for themselves, and LeBron James highlighted his excellent debut with Campbell Hall.
Now that he has moved to Notre Dame, LeBron James is keeping the same energy. It has been a tumultuous time for the family thanks to Bronny James’ health scare, but LeBron is doing his best to keep Bryce James on track as he goes further with his basketball journey.
Not only is Bryce James good on the court, he has shown prudence while off the court, refusing to throw up gang signs when asked by a fan. His future seems bright, and hopefully, it is only a few more years till the younger James also makes it to the NBA.
