The first-round matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Memphis Grizzlies has turned into a feisty one, and you have Dillon Brooks to thank for it.

Brooks has played the villain role as he always does and has gone after LeBron James. The two have exchanged words in what is a budding feud, and that led to a graphic comparing their careers going viral, and NBA fans hilariously reacted to it.

A fan made it clear this was no rivalry, as Brooks has achieved nothing compared to James.

A fan thought that whoever came up with this didn’t have to disrespect Brooks like that, as he felt it is understood Brooks doesn’t belong in the same sentence as LeBron.

A Lakers fan clowned Brooks by stating that he’s not that guy.

A fan believes Brooks won because he is getting someone to make a graphic like this about him.

A fan called it the prettiest thing they had ever seen, and sports Twitter has indeed run it to the ground.

Brooks had stated that he doesn’t respect anyone who hasn’t scored 40 points against him, but LeBron perhaps should be an exception considering everything he has achieved. Brooks isn’t going to achieve a tenth of what LeBron has accomplished in his career, but he doesn’t really care about that.

Disrespecting LeBron is never a good idea, though, and Brooks did pay the price for it in Game 3 as the Lakers dominated the Grizzlies. To make matters worse for him, he was ejected from the game after hitting James in the groin region in the third quarter.

Dillon Brooks’ Claims That LeBron James Is Easier To Guard Were Debunked

Brooks had also taken a shot at LeBron by claiming that he was a lot easier to guard now than during his days with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat. While LeBron is clearly not at his peak anymore, he is still nearly impossible to guard, and he has had his way with Brooks in this series

James scored 26 of his 49 points from the first two games on Brooks while shooting a pretty good 61.1% against him. Brooks is really trying to get into LeBron’s head, but it is not going to work.
