NBA players sometimes get some rather odd requests from fans, and Desmond Bane sure got one of those recently.
As he was heading back to the tunnel, fans asked the guard for some autographs, with one of them requesting him to sign on his crocs!
"Can you sign my croc?"
This fan really wanted Desmond Bane to sign his Crocs 😂

Bane didn’t seem to react too much to that odd request and just casually signed it, but it was hilarious to see that youngster ask for his croc to get signed. It just might be that he had nothing else to get the sign on and decided to go with the croc. Bane at least made his day there by signing on it.
While the rest of the world isn’t all that fond of the Grizzlies, thanks to all of their antics and the recent controversies surrounding Ja Morant, Memphis still dearly loves this team. They say it’s always darkest before dawn, and the fans would be hoping that this is just a rough stretch and that the team will come out stronger from it.
The Grizzlies Have Somewhat Steadied The Ship
With Morant remaining away from the team following the gun incident and with big men Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke being out, the Grizzlies seemed to be on a slippery slope. They struggled initially, as you might imagine but have since won their last two games against the Golden State Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks.
Bane was a big reason why they won those games. He followed up a 21-point, 6-assist outing against the Warriors with 25 points, 8 assists, and 7 rebounds against the Mavericks. The Grizzlies need him to step up with his backcourt partner being out, and he has delivered in these last two games. Bane has had a fine season in all, averaging 21.3 PPG, 5.0 RPG, and 4.2 APG, while shooting 41.1% from beyond the arc, and it won’t be a surprise if he and Morant establish themselves as the best backcourt in the league in the coming years.
