The Milwaukee Bucks are the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference right now, and there is no doubt that they are on a hot streak. They have won 16 games in a row, and it doesn’t look like they’ll be stopping anytime soon.

Recently, Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith suggested that the Milwaukee Bucks are the team to beat this season. There is no doubt that the duo is high about the team’s championship chances.

Kenny Smith: “[The Bucks] are the deepest team in the NBA. They’re the team to beat. … I don’t see them losing the East this year.”

Charles Barkley: “I think the Bucks are the team to beat in the entire NBA, personally.”

Many view Giannis Antetokounmpo as the best player in the world as of right now, and that is why a lot of people have them as the title favorites this year. Antetokounmpo will give them a chance to beat any team.

As of right now, Giannis Antetokounmpo is averaging 31.3 PPG, 12.0 RPG, and 5.4 APG for the Milwaukee Bucks. It is clear that he could end up leading them deep into the playoffs, and we’ll see what ends up happening in the future.

Bam Adebayo Believes Giannis Antetokounmpo Is In The Same Group As Michael Jordan, LeBron James, And Kobe Bryant

Giannis Antetokounmpo has already accomplished almost everything there is to accomplish in the sport of basketball on the individual level. His legacy will be determined by how many championships he ends up winning, and it seems as though he has a good chance of winning this year.

However, there are some who are already putting Giannis Antetokounmpo in the same breath as greats such as Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant. Bam Adebayo suggested that the Milwaukee Bucks star is already in that category due to him having a “special gift” like those greats.

“Just very 2K-ish, it looks very unreal,” claimed Adebayo. “I feel like that’s the thing that put Jordan over the top. You know, that’s what put Kobe in that, and then Bron. It’s like they had this special gift they only had. And I feel like the fact that he can two-step through four people and dunk the basketball is like- people think it’s like boring now, but like, that is really, like, different.”

There is no doubt that Giannis Antetokounmpo is a very unique player like those greats, and he is already a top 75 player of all time. However, he still has some championships to win before being in the same breath as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and LeBron James.

Knowing Antetokounmpo’s mentality though, we will see him win at least one more championship before he retires. That could happen as soon as this year, and we’ll just have to wait and see.
