The Golden State Warriors defeated the Sacramento Kings in Game 7, and there’s no doubt that this was a hard-fought series for them. The young Kings definitely made it difficult for the veteran team, and it is clear that they needed to be at their best to get past them.

Point guard De’Aaron Fox had an outstanding debut series, and it is clear that he did all he could throughout the seven games to try and get his team to the second round. After the game, Warriors forward Draymond Green gave respect to the point guard, noting that Fox is one of the players he has gained respect for after playing against them in the playoffs.

“I’ve been in a lot of playoff series against a lot of different guys. And if I’m honest, you leave most with less respect for a lot of guys. … “And then there’s some you gain respect for. … And Fox is one of those guys.”

Draymond had tons of praise for De'Aaron Fox: "I've been in a lot of playoff series against a lot of different guys. And if I'm honest, you leave most with less respect for a lot of guys. …

"And then there's some you gain respect for. … And Fox is one of those guys."

The Sacramento Kings definitely have a bright future ahead of them, and things will only go up for them from here. They broke their historic playoff drought this season, and De’Aaron Fox has shown that he is a rising superstar in today’s game.

In the series against the Golden State Warriors, De’Aaron Fox averaged 27.4 PPG, 5.4 APG, and 7.7 APG. He is an All-NBA level player, and he is clearly the No. 1 option on the Sacramento Kings.

Many Believe De’Aaron Fox Is The League’s Next Superstar

Despite the insane defensive attention De’Aaron Fox commands, he looked unstoppable for the majority of the series against the Warriors. In fact, that is the reason Brian Windhorst believes that he is a superstar in the league.

“Teams have been setting their defense to try to stop this guy in the fourth quarter for months now. And they cannot do it because he is so fast and can stop so fast. De’Aaron Fox is a superstar in this league. Here he comes.”

Hopefully, we see De’Aaron Fox realize his potential and become a top-tier player in this league. He has shown that he will show up when it matters most, and hopefully, we see him make a deep playoff run with his team in the future.
