LeBron James has won four championships in his storied NBA career, and he subtly flexed them on Monday night. James posted an Instagram story of him being hyped to see Myles Garrett gear up for the Cleveland Browns’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and his titles were right in front of the television for the whole world to see.

LeBron James

LeBron tends to subtly put things out like this from time to time. He’s never been one to shy away from tooting his own horn and when you’re as successful as he has been, perhaps he has a right to.

James won his first championship back in 2012 when the Miami Heat beat the Oklahoma City Thunder in five games in the NBA Finals. They then successfully defended the title in 2013, in an incredible seven-game series against the San Antonio Spurs.

Three years later in 2016, LeBron orchestrated the greatest comeback in NBA history, as his Cleveland Cavaliers overturned a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Lastly, in 2020, LeBron led the Los Angeles Lakers to the title in the Bubble in a dominant fashion.

LeBron James Is A Browns Fan

LeBron is a Browns fan, being a Cleveland native, but that wasn’t always the case, as he used to root for the Dallas Cowboys. LeBron stopped supporting the Cowboys due to the team’s reaction to kneeling for the anthem and has been all in on the Browns since.

He has a reason to root for Garrett, in particular, too, as he is represented by Klutch Sports. Unfortunately for Garrett and LeBron, the Browns would end up losing to the Steelers 26-22.

Superstar running back Nick Chubb suffered a serious knee injury during the game as well, which is set to rule him out for the season. James prayed for the best for Chubb, in what was just a very rough night all in all for the Browns.

Can LeBron James Lead The Lakers To The Championship In His 21st Season?

LeBron would be hoping that this time next year, he’d have five championships on that table. The 38-year-old is fixated on winning another title in his 21st season in 2023-24, and there are reasons to be optimistic about his chances.

The 2022-23 campaign seemed like a lost cause in the first half, but following some mid-season trades, the Lakers took off. Led by LeBron, they made it all the way to the Western Conference Finals, something no one could have predicted after their poor start.

They were swept there by the Denver Nuggets, but there were plenty of positives to come out of that season. The Lakers finally managed to put together a well-balanced roster and have managed to bring back most of the key pieces for this upcoming season.

L.A. has made some solid additions like Gabe Vincent as well and if LeBron and Anthony Davis can stay healthy, they’ll be a force to be reckoned with. Despite his advanced age, James still averaged 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.8 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game in the 2022-23 season.

I’d expect another strong campaign out of the 19-time All-Star, but he won’t be the biggest key to their success. Charles Barkley stated that LeBron needs to tell Davis to be the best player for the Lakers, and I only see them winning the title if the big man has a dominant campaign.
